In order to further strengthen the construction of corporate culture, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of employees, and promote the better development of the company, the labor union of Anhui Meiruier Filter Co., Ltd. held a group building and expansion activity on September 13, with the theme of "communication and cooperation, unity and hard work, surpassing oneself, and creating excellence together".

As a warm-up game, "Squirrel and Tree" effectively breaks the ice of the team, not only mobilizing everyone's enthusiasm, activating the atmosphere, allowing people to get rid of irritability and fatigue in a timely manner, obtaining inner peace and tranquility, but also letting everyone realize the importance of flexible response when encountering problems.



Before the game competition, everyone teamed up with each other and divided into four small teams: red, yellow, blue, and green. Each team member displayed their team name, slogan, team song, and Pose. Each team had a loud voice and high morale, competing to showcase their team image.



In the team expansion training, each group participated in game events such as the "Rope Set, Tennis Throw, Carpet Flip Relay", "Blinded Fight", and "Skillfully Moving the Tower of Hanoi", which not only improved everyone's reaction ability but also examined their collaboration ability. Everyone cooperated and supported each other on the competition field, which not only established team spirit, but also relaxed their mood and released pressure.



During the competition, everyone was proactive, with a clear division of labor, and followed the command of their respective captains. Each team member was both a participant and a cheerleader, with cheers rising one after another, creating a lively atmosphere on and off the field. The final game came to a successful end amidst a burst of laughter and cheers.





When a machine operates normally, it relies on the close meshing between multiple gears, while a team relies on coordination and cooperation among team members to complete a task. This group building activity has promoted communication and cooperation among employees, allowing us to fully feel the role played by individuals in group cooperation and the impact of the team on our own success.
